- RingsTrue features both real-time and scheduled cleaning of telephone number fields in Salesforce. RingsTrue works with numbers from any country and format.
- RinsgTrue shows you whether your numbers are correct and in service. Prioritize your customer callback list by calling live numbers first.
- RingsTrue removes extra characters, adds in any required Country Codes, and checks the validity of the number. It works for national and all international numbers.

Salesteam has to make number of calls to leads. But sales rep found that phone numbers listed on leads are incorrect. His day will be wasted. He will figure out a way to correct it.
RingsTrue is easy to install and schedule within Salesforce. You can either choose to have RingsTrue regularly clean all of your phone records or perform one off clean ups on demand.
Once this application is installed from App exchange. User can see 'RingsTrue' app on the right hand side menu.

From this screen you can either schedule RingsTrue to run regularly via the scheduling area of configuration or complete a one-off cleanup of your telephone numbers.
ONE OFF RUNS
- To run a one off cleanup of telephone numbers
- Choose 'Basic' mode to clean all phone fields on Leads, Accounts, and Contacts
- Choose 'Advanced' mode if you would like to only run RingsTrue on one specified Object.
Schedule RUN
To schedule RingsTrue to run regularly navigate down to the 'RingsTrue Schedule' section of the screen.From here, choose whether you would like RingsTrue to run Weekly or Monthly. Depending on your selection, then choose either the day of the week or the day/time in the month it should run.
