Permission Set Licenses and Permission Sets

If you have purchased  a Wave license then you can use permission set license in your org.

Your org will have the permission set license shown here. A permission set license determines the type of permissions that you can assign to a user.

The Analytics Cloud - Wave Analytics Platform PSL enables you to assign any of these Wave user permissions to a user:

• Create and Edit Wave Analytics Dashboards
• Create Wave Analytics Apps
• Edit Wave Analytics Dataflows
• Manage Wave Analytics
• Upload External Data to Wave Analytics
• Use Wave Analytics

Create permission set for Wave Analytics and assign it to user. From system permission give Use Wave Analytics permission to user so that user will be able to Use Wave Analytics and view the datasets, lenses, and dashboards that you have permission to view.

Enable Preview Thumbnails for All Lenses and Dashboards

Go to setup-> Wave Analytics -> settings-> select Show preview thumbnails for lenses and dashboards with row level-security enabled checkbox

Select wave Analytics app In Lightning Experience, click the app picker (1), and then click the Wave Analytics app.

From Wave Analytics home page, user can view all apps, dashboard and dataset.
