- Determine which privacy record to maintain
- Leads and contacts can be merged that have corresponding data privacy records.
- Select Individual Settings from setup.
- Select Retain the most recently modified data privacy record.
- Make Users’ Personal Data Unusable by Salesforce
- Permanently scramble personal data in salesforce using System.UserManagement.obfuscateUser Apex method.
- Data becomes anonymous after this method and we can never recover it.
To enable this feature, in Setup, go to User Management Settings, and select Scramble Specific Users’ Data.

- On the Reports and Dashboards tabs, you can now decide what columns to show, sort or resize columns, and decide how the text in the columns will appear.
- Report Last Run Date can be added.

Joined Reports in Lightning Experience
- Joined reports are made up of up to 5 blocks.
- To start working with joined reports in Lightning Experience, opt your Salesforce org into the beta.
- From Setup, Enter Reports in the Quick Find box, then select Reports and Dashboards Settings.
- Select Enable Lightning Joined Reports (Beta).
- Click Save.

Things to remember
- Enhanced folder sharing must be enabled to use report and dashboard folders and subfolders.
- Subfolders can be created only in user created folders. You can’t create a subfolder in your Private folder or the Public folder.
- Folder sharing is only at the root level. If you want to share a subfolder, you must share its root folder.
- Everyone can see who has access to a subfolder, but if you want to change sharing settings you must do that at the root level.
